Naming your files

Name radiographs so the subject, timepoint, film date and view arrive filled in, and so follow-up films pair correctly.

Importing films and clinical data

Load a folder of radiographs, and attach a clinical CSV that matches films by name. Includes what gets skipped, and why loading never overwrites what you have already entered.

Editing segmentations

Correct or place vertebral levels and femoral heads by hand, and use the JSON label record each film produces for model training.
